Terms of service

Website, quote, repair, sourcing, product, warranty, and support terms for Redtronix Automation.

Acceptance of terms

By using this website, submitting a quote request, contacting Redtronix Automation, adding products to the quote cart, requesting repair evaluation, asking for PLC programming support, or sending sourcing details, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are designed to describe practical expectations for website use and initial service inquiries. A final sale, repair, field service visit, retrofit, maintenance job, or technical project may also be governed by a written quotation, purchase order, invoice, scope of work, warranty statement, or signed agreement.

If a written commercial document conflicts with these website terms, the written commercial document controls for that specific transaction. If you are acting on behalf of a company, plant, contractor, distributor, or purchasing department, you confirm that you have authority to submit information and request support for that organization.

Website information

Website content is provided for general information about industrial automation products, repair services, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA support, panel troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, sourcing, and related capabilities. Product listings, descriptions, categories, images, specifications, availability labels, price indicators, repair notes, lead times, and brand references may change without notice. Redtronix works to keep information useful, but website content is not a binding technical specification unless confirmed in an approved quotation or written scope.

Images may be representative of product families, repair categories, service environments, or automation parts. Customers should verify part numbers, serial numbers, firmware requirements, electrical ratings, communication options, software compatibility, mounting details, and application constraints before ordering or approving repair work. Redtronix is not responsible for decisions made from incomplete assumptions where the customer did not provide required technical context.

Quotes and orders

A website form submission, WhatsApp message, phone call, email, quote cart submission, or product inquiry does not automatically create an order. Pricing, availability, repair scope, delivery timeline, warranty coverage, payment terms, shipping method, inspection charges, and service conditions are confirmed only through an approved Redtronix quotation, invoice, purchase order acceptance, or written confirmation. Quotes may expire, and availability may change quickly for obsolete or hard-to-find automation parts.

Customers are responsible for reviewing quotation details before approval. This includes part numbers, quantities, product condition, replacement alternatives, repair scope, estimated lead time, currency, taxes, shipping, warranty terms, and exclusions. If a customer approves a quote with incorrect or incomplete information, Redtronix will work in good faith to help, but additional costs, delays, or revised terms may apply.

Repair evaluation

Repair feasibility depends on the condition of the item, fault type, component availability, board damage, prior repair attempts, corrosion, missing parts, firmware or software restrictions, test fixture availability, and the ability to reproduce or validate the fault. Some items may be repairable, some may require replacement, and some may be beyond economical repair. Any initial estimate based on photos or symptoms is preliminary until the item is inspected.

Customers should package items carefully and remove unrelated accessories unless requested. Redtronix is not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging, incorrect shipping documents, undisclosed contamination, unsafe materials, or failure to follow dispatch instructions. If an item contains stored programs, parameters, recipes, memory cards, or configuration files, the customer should maintain backups before shipping where possible.

Automation services

PLC programming, HMI development, SCADA support, panel troubleshooting, machine retrofit, commissioning, and preventive maintenance services require accurate site information. Customers should provide machine descriptions, drawings, I/O lists, electrical schematics, existing program backups, communication architecture, safety requirements, production constraints, fault history, photos, and access conditions where available. Missing or inaccurate information may change the scope, price, timeline, or feasibility of the work.

Redtronix may recommend phased diagnosis, remote review, site inspection, bench testing, or staged commissioning before final implementation. Customer approval may be required before changes are made to production logic, wiring, HMI screens, network settings, drive parameters, or safety-related circuits. The customer remains responsible for safe plant operation, lockout procedures, permits, local compliance, operator training, and production authorization unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Warranty and limitations

Warranty coverage varies by product, repair, service, condition, and agreed quotation. Any warranty applies only to the scope confirmed in writing and does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, improper voltage, contamination, water damage, excessive heat, mechanical damage, unauthorized modification, external machine faults, poor grounding, wiring errors, incorrect parameters, or failures unrelated to the repaired or supplied item. Warranty remedies may include review, repair, replacement, credit, or another solution stated in the quotation.

Redtronix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses such as production downtime, lost profit, loss of data, lost programs, missed delivery commitments, third-party penalties, or damage caused by external machine conditions except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing. Industrial systems are complex, and customers should maintain backups, spares, safe procedures, and contingency plans for critical equipment.

Payments, shipping, and cancellation

Payment terms, deposits, inspection fees, shipping charges, taxes, customs costs, and cancellation rules are confirmed in quotations or invoices. Some special-order parts, obsolete items, configured products, emergency sourcing requests, or approved repair work may be non-cancellable once procurement, diagnosis, repair, or dispatch has started. Refunds or credits, where applicable, depend on the transaction terms and item condition.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur due to supplier stock changes, customs processing, courier issues, missing customer information, site access restrictions, parts availability, additional faults found during repair, or conditions outside Redtronix control. Redtronix will communicate practical updates when delays are identified.

Responsible use and contact

Visitors must not misuse the website, submit false requests, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with forms, upload malicious files, copy content for deceptive use, impersonate another company, or use Redtronix branding without permission. Website content, logos, page layouts, text, product organization, and service descriptions are owned by Redtronix or used with appropriate rights unless otherwise stated.

Questions about these terms should be sent through the contact page, email, phone, or WhatsApp support channel. If you need terms for a specific project, request a written quotation or service agreement so the technical scope, commercial expectations, warranty, timeline, and responsibilities are clearly documented before work begins.
