Privacy policy

How Redtronix Automation handles website, quote, repair, sourcing, and support information.

Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Redtronix Automation collects, uses, stores, and protects information submitted through this website, quote forms, contact forms, product inquiries, repair requests, sourcing requests, and related support conversations. It is written for customers, suppliers, maintenance teams, engineers, procurement teams, and visitors who interact with Redtronix for industrial automation services, spare parts, repair work, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA support, panel troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

The policy applies to information provided directly by you, information generated when you use the website, and operational information created while we respond to your inquiry. It does not replace a signed commercial agreement, purchase order, non-disclosure agreement, service contract, or warranty document. If a written agreement between you and Redtronix provides stronger confidentiality or data handling terms, that agreement will control for the relevant project or transaction.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, location, shipping details, billing details, message content, quote cart items, product part numbers, serial numbers, photos, fault descriptions, uploaded notes, requested services, preferred contact method, urgency level, and any technical context you choose to share. For repair or automation work, you may provide machine symptoms, PLC or HMI model numbers, alarm messages, production line details, wiring observations, backup availability, software platform names, panel photos, PCB photos, nameplate images, or details about previous repairs.

The website may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, approximate region, referral source, form submission status, and basic interaction data. This helps us understand whether pages load correctly, whether forms are useful, and where customers may need clearer product, service, or quote information. We do not ask for unnecessary personal information, and we encourage customers not to submit passwords, private PLC program credentials, bank card data, or unrelated confidential employee information through public website forms.

How we use information

Redtronix uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, check product availability, evaluate repair feasibility, coordinate logistics, arrange inspections, provide technical support, follow up on open requests, improve service workflows, and maintain business records. If you submit a failed part inquiry, we use the details to identify the part, understand the symptom, estimate whether repair or replacement is practical, and decide what additional information may be needed before a quote can be issued.

We may use your contact details to clarify requirements, share quotation documents, request photos or nameplate details, coordinate shipment or pickup, confirm payment or delivery status, and provide updates about the request you started. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying information to improve website content, product categories, service descriptions, and frequently asked questions. Redtronix does not sell personal information. We do not use submitted technical details for unrelated advertising networks or unrelated third-party marketing lists.

Sharing and operational partners

Some work requires coordination with logistics providers, payment processors, suppliers, manufacturers, repair partners, field service partners, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, or cloud database services. We share only the information reasonably needed for the operational purpose. For example, a shipping partner may need a delivery address and phone number, a sourcing partner may need a part number and condition requirement, and a technical partner may need a limited fault description or product photo to confirm feasibility.

Where possible, Redtronix limits shared information to practical service requirements. We do not authorize partners to use customer information for unrelated purposes. In some circumstances, we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, customs process, tax obligation, fraud investigation, or to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Redtronix, customers, employees, suppliers, or the public.

Storage, security, and retention

Redtronix keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to manage inquiries, provide service, maintain records, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, support warranty review, resolve disputes, and improve operational continuity. Quote and repair records may be retained because industrial customers often return months or years later with the same part number, recurring fault, warranty question, or replacement request. Keeping a service history can reduce repeated diagnosis time and help customers recover faster.

We use practical administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and loss. No website, email system, cloud service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should avoid sending highly sensitive secrets through ordinary forms. If a project requires confidential files, PLC backups, proprietary drawings, or production data, contact Redtronix first so an appropriate transfer method or project agreement can be discussed.

Your choices and rights

You may contact Redtronix to request access to information you previously submitted, ask for corrections, request deletion where retention is no longer required, withdraw consent for non-essential communication, or ask questions about how your information is used. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, warranty, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business reasons. If deletion is not possible, we can explain the reason and limit use where appropriate.

You can choose not to provide optional information, but limited information may reduce our ability to quote accurately or confirm repair feasibility. For example, a part number without photos or fault symptoms may require additional follow-up. A repair request without contact details cannot be processed. A sourcing request without acceptable condition, urgency, or destination may produce a less useful availability response.

International inquiries

Redtronix may support customers, suppliers, and partners in different countries. Information submitted through the website may be processed in the country where Redtronix, its hosting providers, operational tools, or support partners maintain systems. By submitting information, you understand that the information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside your country of residence when needed to respond to your inquiry or provide requested support.

International repair, sourcing, or logistics work may require customs details, shipping documents, tax information, or product classification information. Redtronix uses this information only for the relevant business process and may share it with carriers, brokers, or authorities where required for shipment, import, export, or compliance purposes.

Updates and contact

This policy may be updated as Redtronix improves the website, adds new services, changes operational tools, or responds to legal and business requirements. The version posted on this page is the current website version. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised policy applies to future interactions.

For privacy questions, correction requests, deletion requests, or concerns about submitted information, contact Redtronix Automation through the contact page, email, phone, or WhatsApp support channel. Please include enough detail for us to identify the relevant request, such as the email address used, approximate submission date, company name, quote reference, product part number, or service inquiry subject.
